DC Cheek was recommended to me by a family member. Jonathan Murphy, Technician, arrived on time. He was very personable from the start. He asked me to show him my air condition units and explained what he planned to do. Fantastic job and reasonably price. I elected to join their annual membership.
Shelby and Caleb did a terrific job and went above and beyond in explaining everything they did. They also checked all the concerns we had with air distribution and noises.I'd recommend DC Cheek to anyone.
First, I want to mention we had NO COOL AIR staring the Thursday before the 4th of July. So i called the company we have always used for 20+ years. There response was we will call you on Monday, remember this is Thursday, to set an APPOINTMENT not come out to my house on Monday. Then I called Cheeky because my neighbor used them recently and the came out the same day!!! Johaan was our tech and he was kind, polite, and quickly figured out what was wrong and provided multiple solutions for our budget! It turned our compressor broke on our air conditioner. Johaan called his manager and helped us to get back to having cool air again. Cheeky even came out a week later to make sure we were satisfied. The other company NEVER did that.
Regan did a great job! I'm pleased with the work.
Updated to add: David Cheek came out to do a quality inspection on the completed project. We had a nice conversation and he wanted to ensure all of the work was completed to my liking. The fact that a company comes out to check their work is amazing! David and the whole team at Cheeky are great, and I would not hesitate to refer them to my friends and neighbors!
Cheeky was the best company I have dealt with in quite some time. Nikita came and diagnosed the problem for me, and he and Chris Kovach walked me through all of my options. Due to the age of my unit I opted for a full replacement. Chris got it scheduled the very next day, and Edward Hernandez and his team showed up and went to work. They finished the job and took care to clean the entire area as well as walk me through what they had done. Thank you Erica Lemus for the referral, Cheeky is my go-to now!!
