Tech Wes was knowledgeable, was able to answer questions, highlighted a couple of issues I had not heard from other companies.
He offered 3 options for my situation and was able to bring the estimate into my price range. This is huge for me and appreciated.

This 5 star review needs an explanation. I made my first appointment by internet. Service technician, Cameron came out on a holiday weekend to address no heat in the house. After some discussion on replacement of the system, Cameron called Wesley the salesman to come out on Monday morning.
My background is customer service in a mechanical service industry. I built my questions for replacing my 20 year old unit. After many questions and correct answers, Wesley gave me several options to consider. I chose a hybrid heat/air conditioner system with several options that benefited my house mechanically with tax credits. I explained the urgency to have the system installed before Thursday.
On Wednesday Joshua and Brandon arrived at 8:30. I watched Joshua and Brandon all day doing the install. I am very meticulous with anything I do. I have to say that Joshua and Brandon are professional in what they do, down to every detail of installation. Joshua and Brandon worked on the unit until 7:00pm that night. The next morning Joshua and Brandon returned to complete the thermostat wiring. They completed the install and the house was warm for my wife's party. I had Joshua and Brandon install a water heater that was part of the package on Friday. This was installed just as professionally.
In today's environment, I must say to find employees that take this much pride in what they do is unheard of. That is what Cheeky reputation is built on, employees like Cameron, Wesley, Joshua, and Brandon. Keep up the great work.

I feel completely blessed to have found Cheeky Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. We were suffering with repairing a system every season change for several years. This year we called Cheeky for a furnace repair and Luis Medina came and did such a thorough job repairing our unit. He also took pictures and discussed with us that we really should replace the unit. Luis had it working and we were warm! But we knew he was right, so we met with Chris Kovach. Chris came to the house and was SO patient with our questions and truthfully, our hesitancy to spend replacement cost since Luis had done such a good job. But, Luis's pictures had proven we weren't going to be warm long. So, Chris extended a deal to us that we just couldn't pass up. (and so generously stayed until all of our questions were answered) Then, in comes Will Finnegan and his crew. Please remember, we've had 'every season repairs' for years so I thought I knew what to expect. Well, the bar has been raised! Will came in and installed a new unit and it is beautifully installed. Seriously, it puts the original installation to shame! Every single detail shows how much he cares. It's very comforting to know that someone cares that much when the investment is such a great, but necessary sacrifice. I truly can't thank Cheeky enough (and we are also happy new members of the Cheeky Total Care Club for maintenance)

Fantastic experience. We had an issue with the furnace/hot water heater so the gas had to be temporarily shut off that morning leaving me with no heat while it was freezing outside. I called Cheeky to see if there was any chance they could send someone same day even though it was already almost 5pm, and Jonathan showed up 30 minutes later. He had everything fixed and back up and running shortly after and was polite and friendly the whole time. I joined their membership 10/10
