I had some issues with my HVAC units last Saturday evening and called my service company, Cheeky Heating and Cooling, to get help. One of their technicians (Rodrigo Martinez) called first thing Sunday morning to schedule a diagnostics visit later that morning. Rodrigo quickly assessed the problem (a partially plugged drain line from the upstairs AC unit and a goofy thermostat on the downstairs unit) and devised a plan of action to rectify the situation. He showed up promptly a few days later with the necessary tools and parts, and had both systems humming along nicely in just a few hours.
I am very pleased with the HVAC work completed by Nikita! His diligence and attention to detail lets me know he takes pride in his work! As a customer, that gives me comfort knowing the work is done with high quality and with solid reasoning! Thanks again to Nikita and to the entire Cheeky Team!
Great service, did an amazing job replacing our heat pump with a gas furnace. Very neat and would never know they were here. Recommend to all my friends and family.
