My technician, Kris Ripka, was a little late but called in advance to make sure I was ok with him still coming. He did an analysis of both systems; explained what my problems were and the short / long term options and solutions. He explained everything in language I could understand. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what the mission and goals were for Cheeky as a leader in it's industry. I look forward to having him as my tecnician in the future. It was a great learning experience for me.
Regan was very good. Very thorough. He explained everything he found in the inspections and gave several options to make the systems work efficiently.
