Love having a service plan with Cheeky.. it makes it so I always get quick and responsive service. Needed to get my annual water heater maintenance done quickly, as it was starting to have issues. They were able to get me in same day (bc of a cancellation) and take care of everything for me. Ryan came and was very knowledgeable about the water heater that we have and was able to check everything out and make sure it was able to continue working properly. He went the extra mile to check some parts that were throwing error codes and ensure they were fixed before he left. Continue to be a happy customer.

We just had our second system replacement with Cheeky. Will Finnegan and crew did great! They had to remove and replace the whole system and did it within a day. Their service, professionalism and efficiency, and straightforwardness with options has caused us to be repeat customers on projects this large.
