Josh did a great job on the routine maintenance. It is odd that customers now have to supply the air filters. Would think that would come with the service. It seemed like Josh was embarrassed informing me of this new Cheeky policy (probably because it does come across as a cheap way for Cheeky to pinch some more money out of the customer). But he represented the company well both technically and professionally.
Tyler was very helpful and explained things clearly. I appreciated his clear and honest guidance

Honestly the best repair I've paid for. And a young man that takes pride in his work to do it right the first time.
I've been very happy with cheeky heating and cooling. They just came and did maintenance on my three units and Nikita is always great to work with.
AC maintenance done by Tyler. He was very thorough. He explained everything well. Gave me some options to continue to improve the life of my system but I did not feel pressured. I have never had a bad experience with this company
