Chris Is a great young man and a credit To your company. He called to let me know that he would be here in approximately 30 to 35 minutes. And I asked him because of my Hearing Aids if he would be kind enough to give me a quick call when he got real close so I could open the door for him. He readily agreed. After he got here, he did a very efficient job, Explain what he would be doing. And proceeded to do it. After he finished, he explained exactly what he had done, Including letting me know that he felt they had gotten all the settlement out of a water heater and explained that in case the water got a color to it to just run a little bit extra. He is a very personable young man, very likable While being professional at the same time. In other words on a scale of one to 10 I'm giving him a 10+.
John showed up a bit early even to an emergency AC outage. He came at 7pm in the evening, on a Saturday at 94 degrees. He got things back up and running. Saved two hot humans, two hot dogs and a bunny rabbit!
Very professional to have someone come and inspect our HVAC install. Leeson did a very thorough inspection and found a few items that needed to be corrected. I thought they were minor items but he said they weren't up to their quality standards. A couple of installers came out the same day and corrected the items. Very impressed.
Luis fixed our thermostat wiring issue on the first visit. I really appreciate the quick response and professionalism.
Wes was very thorough while inspecting our air ducts and HVAC unit. He listened to all my concerns and answered all of my questions. He also offered us many options on how to make repairs and better the airflow and air quality in our home. Professional and very affordable solutions.
