Luis was very upfront and honest about all the options related to our HVAC unit. He's been one of the finest people from Cheeky that we've worked with.

Ryan was very professional and personable. He explained thoroughly what he did and how my system was doing. He graciously answered all my many questions He shared with me options that are out there that I might be interested in, but did not push them on me. Most Importantly he respected my house and came in with covered shoes. I would highly recommend Ryan and cheeky.
Our technician Terrance was very kind and respectful. He was thorough in his work and while he made recommendations he was not pushy, just informative.

Our A/c went out and they came out immediately. The guy that came out was great! His name was Nakita. He was so knowledgable, respectful and efficient. He took pictures and went into detail about why was wrong with the unit. He gave us options.. from a bandaid to complete replacement. Then Someone else came out that night to discuss several replacement options and pricing.. They came out the next day to do a complete replacement of our unit and furnace. The crew was amazing. Done in one day. Cleaned up too. The unit works great and the google nest controller is awesome! I'm very happy with them and we got a 10 year labor and parts warranty with the subscription which also has them coming out 3 times. year for maintenance. Definitely recommend!! Matt and Mark were great too!
