Update: Tyler just came out today to troubleshoot my AC and thermostat. He did a great job explaining what was going on with the system, which is still running great for me. He came out the same day of my call too. Thanks a million, Tyler!
My HVAC system was installed 2 years ago by DC Cheek, and they continue to make good on their free maintenance agreement! ???? I have had issues with the AC unit not coming on without turning the power on and off. Today, Johnathan was able to figure out the reason, and he installed the part needed. The new unit has saved me money since I got it. Wish I had done it sooner.
