Highly recommend this company to anyone! We joined the membership program about a month ago, after having our first service done by John and Phil who were both professional and knowledgeable, they quickly were able to diagnose the issue and notified us that our upstairs unit had a leak and was malfunctioning. Our units were the original units when our house was built in 08' so we knew we had to address them and were thankful to get so many years out of them. I then met with the operations manager Chris Kovach, who was thorough and gave us our options of how to proceed moving forward. We decided to install two new units which came with a furnace in our home.
The install crew team (Josh, Zach, Mark, And Brandon) were scheduled to show up the following week and knocked it out of the park! They showed up on time as promised, and each team member knew their role and executed a plan of action on how to complete the job in one day. I believe this company operates with integrity, stands behind there quality, and will do a great job for anyone in the metro area!
We got 2 new systems last year and just received a great service call from John. Couldn't be happier

Charles was very good about explaining what he would be doing and then showing his findings afterward. I appreciate that he did not try to upsell me. I will look forward to a continued relationship with Cheekey.
