I let him know I was on a budget, and instead of trying to sell me the most expensive option, he helped me find the solution that made the most sense for my situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions. It's hard to find someone who genuinely looks out for the customer's best interests, and that's exactly how I felt throughout the service. I highly recommend Nikita and would definitely ask for him again.

He went above and beyond to diagnose the issues with the HVAC unit, conducting a remarkably thorough inspection and providing a clear, detailed report on everything he found. Beyond his obvious expertise and deep knowledge of the system, he was exceptionally polite, professional, and personable. He took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed.
