He conducted an extremely thorough inspection and alerted us to some issues that we would never have known about without his expertise. He also took the time to explain what he found, and why he recommended the repairs he outlined. I now know exactly which repairs we need to make. Joe was both very polite and professional; he took out our old kitchen sink faucet and installed the new one; he made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up the area after he was finished.
