Lisa at Cheeky Htg & A/C had Nikita to our home within two hours of my initial call. Nikita was on time, extremely professional & knowledgeable. His explanation of our system & problem was best we have ever had in 68 yrs as homeowners. He took whatever time was needed to thoroughly inspect our a/c & then made sure we understood what he found as well as how our system works and options on repair. Because of his pictures & ability to talk to layman in simply terms, we understand our system as we never have. We look forward to having a long relationship with Cheeky's and their staff.
