Terrence, the technician that came out to help me from cheeky was excellent! He was very professional and very knowledgeable about my situation. He explained everything to me in detail. I am very satisfied with the assistance I received on my outdoor AC unit. I had significant concerns that whomever came out to look at my unit would just inform me that I needed a replacement. Although I do need A new unit Terrence was able to get my 20 year-old outdoor AC unit working Temporarily. I have always been very satisfied with every interaction. I've had with cheeky heating and cooling. I am happy to have them on my side.
