My technician Regan Kennemore came and diagnose my A/C unit, and promptly fixed it. Then returned to do my maintenance on the entire unit. Regan has clarity in communicating what he was going to do and to inspect and relay any concern or improvements that would benefit me. Courteous and professional. This is why I recommend this tech and company who has always been reliable.
