We called after business hours, and we were still able to get an appointment the very next day. I liked that we received a confirmation phone call from the office the following morning and a text updating us of our technician's, Nikita, arrival time along with his picture, so we knew whom to expect. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Cheeky!
I've had multiple other companies come out and none could figure out why my house wasn't cooling. Regan came out and figured it out within 30 minutes and a couple hours later my AC is fixed. Regan is a rockstar and saved me from sweating through all the clothes I own.

Edward came today and worked on my air conditioning system which needed considerable amount of work today.. His work was excellent. They had a lot of work to do and they did it in a considerable good amount of time and I have my AC back. Thank you cheeky!
Reagan did a FANTASTIC JOB! He was polite, thorough, educated me about our system and the problem we were having. Diagnosed the problem after a very thorough inspection. Gave us multiple options on how to fix/ get it running again- from a band aid fix, to an above and beyond repair. He didn't push any option. I will DEFINITELY call them again (hopefully for maintenance only)
Johaan worked on my A/C today. He did a great job troubleshooting and fixing the problem. He checked all the vents for cold air temp. coupe of times to ensure it was OK. He is polite and knowledgeable young man. Wish him all the best.
