Overall a good experience. Technician was performing quarterly service check and took their time in the attic and outside. Only lost a star here as they were not knowledgeable about our electronic filters that Cheeky themselves installed a few years ago. I had questions on the filter and they were for lack of a better word, clueless. Understand that not everyone knows everything but seems like a lack of training on the part of Cheeky.
Nikita was great! He quickly diagnosed the problem and got my system up and running in no time. I know I can always rely on Cheeky's fantastic team members to provide quick, reliable, and dependable service!

Logan was Through, Helpful, Knowledgeable, Professional, Polite and Responsive. Every time he came into the house he wore shoe covers. He completed our HVAC checkup, changed the filter, checked the condition of the units inside and outside. Then before he left he re checked the house AC airflow. Very conscientious. Definitely would recommend using them
