The technician came by - Regan - was knowledgeable, personable and understanding of our working from home, which meant we were not always able to pay attention to him. But it is work diligently and left us with accurate information. You have been with the company for a while because the technicians are personable.
(I just don't like that I have to speak to an AI when I call, at least to be someone nice on the phone)

Mike was our technician that provided the maintenance on our 2 HVAC units. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions we had. Mike did an exceptional job cleaning both of the outside units and made sure everything was in great condition before he left. Very happy with the job Mike did.
