Nikita Rodabaugh did a great job diagnosing and recommending solutions for our worn out HVAC system. He gave us options and the benefits of each in language we could understand. He set us up an appointment with the sales dept. and made sure the old system was safe before he left.
He has a great personality and was courteous and understanding of our concerns. For future HVAC / Plumbing work, I definitely want Cheeky and Nikita back.
