Nikita did an outstanding job for us. Lost AC on a very hot day. Agreed to the after hours charge. He and apprentice arrived and quickly identified the problem. It was resolved and we were back to normal. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Listen and asked good questions. Went about his work quickly. Resolution was some sort of switch or relay. Unit is relatively new so covered under warranty. Would recommend.
Efficient and done well
9/10/25 Brian Henry was GREAT!! Very polite & professional. Great job!! Justin was fantastic, he explained what was needed for my unit.
