DC Cheek - Humberto came out and did our yearly AC maintenance - he was friendly and quickly performed our service. We appreciate DC Cheeks (Cheeky) for maintaining our HVAC Systems.
Chase did a great job on our maintenance and was very nice. He informed us that Cheeky no longer provides filters and provided us the size that we needed. The company should have contacted all their customers and told them this so we could have had the filter available for Chase to replace. This is the fault of management not the technician that did the maintenance. I would of given the company 5 stars if the manager had made sure we were notified.
Regan Kennemore was our technician who came to service our hvac systems for winter. He was excellent. Came on time and communicated very effectively. We have used Cheeky for over 20 years and have been extremely pleased with their customer service.
Joe Sullivan was my technician , arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of my bathroom plumbing, which was leaking.
