We have used DC Cheek for service and HVAC system installation at two homes now and the staff is always pleasant and professional. We recently had our new system service performed and the employee from DC Cheek was again detailed, on time and very courteous. Humberto was polite and professional and took time to explain some improvements that could be made to our existing system.
Kedan was great! Very personable, kind and efficient. He was honest and I did not feel like he was trying to upscale me.
Tyler McNeal was dispatched to resolve the problem with my furnace. He was friendly, easy going and methodical. He completed the work quickly. I'd recommend him anytime.
