Listen, there's a reason they've been the Best in Forsyth for many years. When replacing my old system was necessary, everything from diagnosis to post installation was top notch. After Alex was first to thoroughly and professionally investigate the problem, I spoke with Wes, who also diagnosed the problem, to discuss options. He walked me through the process and patiently answered a ton, and I mean a ton, of questions promptly. Incredibly knowlegeable and kind. A new system isn't exactly cheap, and Wes worked with me to find a system and presented a purchasing solution that was totally doable and as painless as possible. I am grateful. Mark, Zach, Will, and Brendan respectfully handled the installation, and it was completed in less than one day. And every time it was necessary to call the company, Shea and Lisa were absolutely wonderful. DC Cheek may be a company, but they treat you like a good neighbor you've known for years. Highly recommended!
Luis did an excellent job. He was thorough and clearly informed let me of my options once he completed the service.
Savannah did a great job with my maintenance. She was very thorough and made sure everything was working as it should. She even went the extra mile to disconnect my UV light in the one unit that is temporarily out of order. Savannah informed me that by removing it, it would keep the bulb from burning out faster and that they would reconnect it once the unit is back up and running. Overall, a great experience.

Corey was awesome! He spent two hours here trying to find the problem of why the unit wasn't getting voltage. He worked through a couple different things and ultimately figured it out that it was a bad switch which wasn't probably installed from when the unit was put into the house 15 years ago. He replaced the switch and we now have nice cold air upstairs. He worked his butt off in the awful heat in the attic on a very hot day. His shirt was drenched in sweat. I offered him a couple water bottles to drink which he gladly took. Again, he did an amazing job and he was such a hard worker. If I ever have any issues in the future I'm requested him as my technician if he's available.
I had a really good experience working with DC Cheek, I had them replace an entire HVAC unit. Nicely priced in a really good package. The work was quickly done and with obvious quality work. Nice job and I would recommend DC Cheek to anyone.
