Terrence Jones did a fabulous job with my semi annual HVAC tuneup. There was one issue which required followup and ordering some additional items. He was quick to communicate status throughout a 2-3 day span and was quick to return and complete the work, accommodating my schedule. Very pleased!!

John was at my house really quick considering it was a Saturday early evening. He checked the system completely and showed me step by step what he was checking for and found the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable.
As luck would have it, our 12 year old HVAC stopped working the day after DC Cheeky installed our hot water heater.
I called DC on Saturday and John came over to take a look. I was pleasantly surprised he came since it was a Saturday night and I didn't expect a call until Monday.
Anyway, John did his investigations and diagnosed that the motherboard was shot. An expensive repair,. So, John suggested speaking with a sales rep to see what it would cost to replace the unit.
Monday morning Chris from DC sales called and came over.
He took a look at our system and put together some packages for us. We chose a good priced option that fit our budget. We were able to finance it too.
They'll come tomorrow to install the new unit.
