My technician Mike was honest professional and courteous. I did four star because, while they give me a great price on my tune-up with a promotion they were running, some of the additional work I needed done was severely overpriced and inflated. Cheeky quoted me $3,500 for work that I could get done with another company around
$500-$750.
HVAC engineer Nikita R. and his trainee, Christian, were very professional, friendly, humorous, and communicated well to customer (me) during the troubleshooting process, ordering of parts, and repair. Despite having to wait for
parts, he advised how to "baby" the system to get a little cooling for tolerable nights while awaiting parts to arrive. He saved us during this recent heat wave. Thanks.

Mike was on time for the appointment and proved to be exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what he would be doing before he stated. While he was here he also assisted in setting up my fall heating tuneup. He is the type of employee a company should be proud to have represent them and should be proud of.
