The incredible service provided by Nikita today has won me over to always recommend this company! He went above and beyond to diagnose the issues with the HVAC unit, conducting a remarkably thorough inspection and providing a clear, detailed report on everything he found. Beyond his obvious expertise and deep knowledge of the system, he was exceptionally polite, professional, and personable. He took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. It's rare to find someone who combines high-level technical skill with such outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be requesting him for all my future HVAC needs!

Regan came out to the house on a Sunday to fix our AC after it had an electrical issue. He did a phenomenal job. Quick, clean and easy. Replacing my carrier system with this new system that I got from cheeky was one of the better decisions I've made since building the house. Cheeky is the a large part of that reason.

David Cheek and Cheeky Heating Cooling & Plumbing (formerly D.C.Cheek) have taken good care of me for years. I noticed my problem, called them, they were there at my convenience, and had me fixed up the next day. I hope to not need their services anytime soon, but I know I'm taken care of if I should.
