We just got back from vacation to find our AC was out. Called Cheeky and Johann was at the house within the hour. Did an amazing job finding out what was wrong. Unfortunately we need a new unit so Johann went back to Cheeky and arrived with two portable AC for us until the unit can be replaced. Great service from Johann. Highly recommend Cheeky and bonus if Johann is your technician.

My only issue was he arrived about an hour and half past the scheduled time. It may not have been his fault
If you can get past the scheduling automation, this company does great work. Their service technicians are top-notch.
