Johaan is superior representative for Cheeky. He is timely, friendly, and thoroughly trained to do his job. He spent more time than I have ever had any company I have hired over 35yrs in this house doing his inspection & was unhurried when explaining what he found and what he did. He gave detailed overview of situations we may want to address without giving us a hard sell. We appreciate his time and Cheeky and Johaan has our highest recommendation.
Dakohta, TJ, Edward, Chris, and team have been fantastic getting our HVAC in tip top shape. They identified a lot of flaws in our system the previous company didn't correct or do properly to begin with. Much appreciate their expertise, promptness, and thorough explanations about the corrections being made. Highly recommend

Had a great experience with HVAC unit maintenance. Rodrigo was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was extremely patient to explain the process and required maintenance items. Would definitely consider for future tune ups and inspection as well.
Regan did a great job fixing our air conditioning unit when it unexpectedly broke on a very hot day. He went above and beyond to go obtain the parts we needed so he could repair it as quickly as possible.
Chris with Cheeky was at our home today to give estimate to my daughters home. Went over things with us and gave our daughter an estimate via email. While he was on the property, he came in and answered a couple of questions at our home without hesitation. Excellent employee, always willing to do all he can. Thank you!
First, I want to mention we had NO COOL AIR staring the Thursday before the 4th of July. So i called the company we have always used for 20+ years. There response was we will call you on Monday, remember this is Thursday, to set an APPOINTMENT not come out to my house on Monday. Then I called Cheeky because my neighbor used them recently and the came out the same day!!! Johaan was our tech and he was kind, polite, and quickly figured out what was wrong and provided multiple solutions for our budget! It turned our compressor broke on our air conditioner. Johaan called his manager and helped us to get back to having cool air again. Cheeky even came out a week later to make sure we were satisfied. The other company NEVER did that.
