Rodrigo Martinez from Cheeky Heating,cooling and plumbing did the AC services at our home today. He was super friendly, very professional and did an exceptional job.
Rodrigo was extremely helpful explained each step while offering insight into why the compressor broke with solutions on how to remedy the issue and tips for safeguarding the entire unit in the future. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need and wants a great experience.

From the diagnosis with Tyler, thr explanation of options and new equipment with Chris, to thr install with Cole and the other guys, I am blown away. First of all, it was less than 36 hours from Tyler's diagnosis to having a totally brand new system. I have been around and involved in service industries my entire life and I am absolutely floored at the high level of customer service and professionalism that Cheeky provides. Every employee I came in contact with carried themselves with a great deal of pride and integrity. Good customer service and getting what you pay for is hard to come by these days. Excellent customer service is nearly impossible but Cheeky has figured it out. Keep up the great work Cheeky!!
Tyler was prompt, professional, and did a great job diagnosing our cooling issue along with providing his expert opinion for the repairs.
Mike Vara replaced filters in AC, having to locate all units himself, some being difficult to get to. I appreciated his concern and help and so signed up for annual contract.
