Charlie was very professional and efficient. Although the service tech who brought to our attention the problem that Charlie handled didn't bother changing our filters even though they were dirty. Probably Cheeky was too involved with AI to properly service our HVAC unit.
The technician, Charley, replaced the defective parts, cleaned the coil, and tested for operation. All is working well now. He did an excellent job completing the work very quickly and cleaning up afterwards.
