I've been using DC Cheek (now Cheeky Heating & Cooling) for about 11 years (since I moved to GA). Hands down the best HVAC company around. David and Dustin built a solid company and culture, they build great relationships with their customers and ensure they are completely satisfied with their services. I love how they present at least 2-3 options to solve your issue and differing price points so you can make an informed decision on how best to proceed based upon budget and/or desired outcome.

After 11 years, Cheeky continues to earn the five-star review. Nikita handled my most recent service visit and was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to work with.
One of the things I appreciate most about Cheeky is that, even as the company has grown, they continue to hire great people who provide great service. Just as importantly, they do not pressure you into the most expensive solution. They explain the issue, lay out the options—from what will get you back up and running today to longer-term good/better/best choices—and let you decide what makes sense for you.
That has been my experience with Cheeky for years, from the owners to the technicians in the field. I have always felt informed and in control of the decision, and my recent experience with Nikita was no different.
I was hot, and now I am not…but I was informed and in control throughout the process. Hard to argue with results.

Johaan was excellent - courteous, clean, and professional. Cody was able to step in and address a question of warranty eligibility swiftly despite it being after business hours. At the end of the day, I am 100% satisfied with the service I received.
Carlos and Cole were very punctual and knowledgeable. They worked swiftly and explained everything when I questioned them. They cleaned up when they finished and I wouldn't mind having them come again if ever needed. They were excellent representatives of an exceptional company.
2 other HVAC companies were completely inept. Called Cheeky, they showed up the next day, did a thorough inspection of my system and fixed the problem quickly.
Nikita did a great job. He came on a Saturday evening and within an hour had my air conditioner working. Professional and quick. I would use them again
