05.27.26. I had an outstanding experience with Cheeky technician Rodrigo From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood my options before starting any work. What truly stood out was how far he went beyond what was expected — not only did he fix the problem quickly and efficiently, but he also checked the entire system to ensure everything was running properly and even offered helpful maintenance tips to prevent future issues. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to excellent customer service and genuine care for their customers.
